Lauren has over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training, both in Canada and India and is a certified Fitness Instructor with Canfitpro.   As a group fitness teacher for 30+ years, she is a passionate advocate for movement that facilitates the connection between body, mind and spirit.

Lauren believes strongly in the power of yoga as a tool for self-healing and strives to engender that belief in her classes, with the help of her trauma-informed education.  She continues to study, mantra, music, meditation and yoga for healing and is most at peace while in the garden, playing music or taking long walks on the beach.

She has dedicated her fitness and yoga practices to motivating and inspiring people of all ages and fitness levels to experience the joy of embracing a healthy body, mind and life.

To become our best self, we must invest in the practices that keep us healthy, vital and energetic. If movement is medicine for the body and meditation is medicine for the mind — then we have found the perfect prescription for life.
