Evening Outdoor Yoga with Lauren
Note: classes will run until September 6th, 2023.
Please do not come to practice if you are feeling unwell, or have the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, headache, difficulty breathing.
Bring your own props or anything else for your practice, including: water, sunscreen, hat, misting spray, bug repellent, etc.
If the weather is inclement or too hot, you will receive a message at least one hour before class. Class will move to the Zoom platform.
Cancellation policy in place… 24 hours notice if possible, with thanks.

Payment Options
Online via e-transfer to info@heartspaceyoga.ca — OR— in person by cash, cheque.
Please note that refunds cannot be granted, but if notice is given at least 24-hours before a booked class, a make-up class may be offered (only if it can be accommodated on a first-come basis, and based on availability of that class up to the end of the session in which that class was purchased). Classes must be paid in full and a waiver of liability completed before attending.
If you wish to join a session in progress, prices are pro-rated as long as the remainder of the session is paid in full at the time of booking. Otherwise, you have the option of single drop-in rates (paid one class at a time).
Class Descriptions
Chair Yoga
This seated/standing class includes both guided meditation and safe movement practices. The movement portion is focused on gentle exercises, including stretching, with consideration of individual needs and health issues.
Good for everyone.
Flow Yoga
This class is for anyone who is new to Yoga or enjoys a Level 1 Vinyasa class. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace, guided by an experienced leader in a warm and welcoming environment. We will flow, breathe and discover how yoga can enhance our wellbeing.
Level 1.
Fit-Walk
Feeling sluggish, unmotivated, don’t know where to start? Join this fun, small group and learn to walk vigorously, while enjoying the fresh air and changing seasons. We will be stopping along the way for additional fitness training, and cooling down and stretching at the end of our walk. Sign up for this short-term commitment and feel better in just weeks. *Rain or shine.

Fitness For Zoomers
A fun and functional workout, incorporating movement to increase the heart rate and help to strengthen your cardiovascular system and balance. Resistance training with weights/bands for muscle strengthening. A light-hearted, fun and safe workout. Modifications will be given to help everyone work at their own perfect pace.
Suitable for older adults.
Gentle Yoga
Come and enjoy a gentle yoga class. Students will be introduced to breath work, meditation, gentle flow and stretching. De-stress and unwind in this calming class that is suitable for beginners and all that enjoy a slower-placed yoga practice.
All levels.
Slow & Strong / Core
Come for an experience that will blend familiar yoga asana with some fitness modalities sprinkled in to create a well-balanced, mindful practice that puts equal emphasis on strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll be encouraged to find a pace that challenges you.
